By providing dynamic workplace coaching for teams, leadership, and culture, Ironbark fosters environments where collective potential is unlocked, transforming everyday organizational dynamics into powerful engines for growth and mutual support.

Beyond the professional sphere, Ironbark serves as a deeply committed partner in your personal evolution, acting as a skilled relationship builder to help you foster stronger, more authentic connections with the people in your life. Working alongside a reflective life coach, you are guided through the delicate process of healing from trauma, creating a safe and compassionate space to overcome deep-seated barriers. Ultimately, this holistic approach nurtures your spiritual growth, ensuring that your mind, body, and spirit are fully supported as you build a resilient and deeply rewarding life.

At the heart of Ironbark Consulting and Wellbeing is Greg Taylor, recognised as a leading professional supervisor whose transformative approach is backed by 35 years of counselling experience and formal qualifications in professional supervision, business, leadership, and certified marriage counselling. A former church minister, Greg brings a wealth of diverse expertise to his practice, having successfully pioneered not-for-profit organisations, led expansive volunteer teams, designed wellness programmes for universities and private schools, and executed large-scale community events through awarded government contracts.

Born and raised in North Queensland and a happily married father of three daughters, he intentionally makes his home in Central Queensland with a deeply personal mission to combat and curb the region’s rates of workplace and trauma-related mental illness. While he remains fiercely dedicated to this grassroots work, Greg’s influence extends far beyond his community as a dynamic keynote speaker, travelling across Australia and internationally to share his insights at youth forums, churches, leadership conferences, and business development summits.

What we do...

Workplace Wellness

Professional Supervision – Think of this as regular care for your wellbeing at work. It’s a safe place to pause, reflect, and reset — helping you stay healthy, supported, and resilient in whatever role you’re in.

Relationship Counsellor

Every relationship needs a little care now and then. Whether you’re looking for a tune-up, working through challenges, or just wanting to grow closer, we’re here to walk alongside you.

Organisational Coaching

Leadership isn’t about going it alone. We partner with leaders and teams to bring clarity, strengthen culture, and build confidence for the road ahead.

Real-Talk Theology

Faith is meant to be lived, not just talked about. We explore how Christian belief connects with everyday life in honest, practical ways that encourage real growth and action.

Good mental health is built on real connection, not just a hotline.

With over 35 years of experience, a heart for people, and local roots here in Central Queensland, Ironbark C&W offers genuine support for individual, organisational, relational, and spiritual wellbeing.

We’re here to walk alongside you — because lasting change happens in community.

At Ironbark Consulting and Wellbeing, our commitment to community health and resilience is further realized through our proud partnership with “Hand to Plough.” Operating as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR), this vital organization is deeply dedicated to assisting disadvantaged individuals who face the unique and isolating barriers of remoteness.
By collaborating with Hand to Plough, Ironbark extends its reach to ensure that geographically isolated communities receive critical support and resources, reinforcing a shared mission to uplift, empower, and provide compassionate care to those who need it most, regardless of their location.
